This pall is really perfect in that the gold helps to hide any "dirt" that tends to develop in particular spots when placing and removing the pall during the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. It also is able to have the hard interior removed so that you can clean it. I highly recommend it as it exalts the name of Jesus!
